WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Kensa Medikal Warranty and Service Policy

At Kensa, each of the products we offer is manufactured to high quality standards and presented to our customers with comprehensive warranty support. Warranty details according to product groups are listed below:

WARRANTY COVERAGE

The warranty coverage includes the following malfunctions and conditions:

  • Electronic or mechanical failures caused by production.

  • Technical problems in the charging system.

  • Manufacturing defects in basic components such as motor, joystick, and chassis.

  • Cell degradation in lithium batteries (under normal use).

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

The following situations are excluded from the warranty, and warranty claims will be rejected:

  • Usage contrary to the user manual.

  • Exposure of the device to impact, liquids, extreme humidity, or extreme heat.

  • Interventions by unauthorized services or third parties.

  • Overloading, use on unsuitable surfaces, or climbing stairs.

  • Voltage incompatibility or charging with a device other than the original charger.

  • Over-discharge in lithium batteries (lack of maintenance during non-use storage).

Note: The product of the customer requesting a warranty claim is inspected by the Kensa technical team. If the malfunction is caused by non-warranty reasons, repairs and spare parts will be provided for a fee.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE AND INVOICE

For the warranty period to be valid:

  • The product invoice must be presented.

  • The serial number on the device must be legible.

  • The Warranty Certificate issued by Kensa must not be lost.
