Distance Sales Agreement

The distance sales agreement is concluded electronically between Kensa Medikal A.Ş. and the user (“Buyer”) who makes a purchase via www.kensatekerleklisandalye.com, within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations. This text clearly defines the fundamental rights and obligations of the parties regarding order, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, and return processes.

1) Parties

This agreement is executed between the “Seller,” whose details are provided below, and the “Buyer,” who purchases products/services through the website.

2) Subject and Scope

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms regarding the sale, price, delivery, and after-sales procedures of the products or services ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website. Product features, the sales price including taxes, and the information displayed during the payment step constitute an integral part of the order.

3) Product Information and Pricing

The product name, quantity, main characteristics, sales price, shipping/installation conditions (if any), and payment method are specified on the order screen. The Seller reserves the right to update product information depending on technical updates, supply conditions, and stock availability.

4) Delivery

Orders are shipped within an average of 2–7 business days following payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the address, product type, and special production requirements. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

5) Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unused, its packaging must be undamaged, and it must be in a resalable condition. The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made products and in cases considered exceptions under applicable legislation.

6) Return Procedure

Withdrawal notifications and return requests must be sent to info@kensatekerleklisandalye.com. After the product reaches the Seller and is inspected, if deemed appropriate, the product price will be refunded within 7 business days.

7) Authorized Court

In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
