3) Return and Delivery Conditions

Return and Exchange

  • You may have a right of return within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

  • The product to be returned must have undamaged packaging, be unused, and be in a resalable condition.

  • The right of return may not apply to products that are custom-made or cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Procedure

  • First, send your return request to info@kensatekerleklisandalye.com.

  • After approval, send the product back via cargo along with its invoice.

  • Following the product inspection, the refund is generally completed within 7 business days.

Delivery

  • Orders are mostly shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary for custom-made products; therefore, prior notification is important.
